Style Me Pretty Feature!

Over the summer I gathered with a group of wedding gals to create the most decadent summer outdoor soiree. Being amongst these talented women inspired me to create the dessert you'll see below. During the summer heat I like to keep cake servings on the light side and take advantage of all the fresh fruit and herbs from our garden. To achieve this I layered our gluten-free lemon drop cake with lemon curd and accented them with fresh mint sprigs and topped them with cherries and blueberries. For a variation substitute the mint with basil or thyme!

Vegan Shop-Up!

This Saturday we'll be serving our ginger-lemon cake with blood orange icing and a decadent almond cake with green tea ganache. By the slice or whole. We'll also have our famous salted caramel cups, along with our gluten-free flour mix. All desserts are gluten-free, vegan and soy free.

Spring Break Vegan Shop Up

Come out and visit us at the vegan shop up this Saturday, March 9th! We'll be selling our coconut soaked rum cake with passion fruit icing, lemon poppy seed cake with lavender-rosemary icing and our decadent mint chocolate chunk cookies. Our made-in house gluten free baking flour will also be for sale with a recipe included. All of our treats will be vegan, gluten free, soy free and nut free!

We were honored to be featured twice in Brides Magazine Winter 2013 issue. Two very different cakes, one from an inspiration of Marilyn Monroe's oversized pink bow and the other based off a twist from your traditional chocolate-mint dessert.
